Kissing Cousins and big news on the horizon

Sunday we had company. (Yeah, what else is new right!)  My Mom's cousin and his wife arrived.  The wife is at least 10 years younger than Mom and has Alzheimers also.  Last year Bob had to place her in a nursing home but whenever he can, he takes her out for the day.  They live about an hour away so it is a nice little drive for them.  Before Dianne got sick she used to visit us every other weekend. 

They brought their little Yorkie JD with them Sunday.  He is a real charmer.  Meet Millie's cousin JD
We thought they would become great little playmates because they are almost the same size.  But then JD made his first mistake.   He grabbed Millie's snowman toy.
Oh oh!  The second mistake was when he jumped up on my lap and cuddled up.  Whoa!!  Princess Spoiled was NOT happy.  That was it.  She decided that this little intruder had to go!

JD tried his hardest to make amends, offering up a wet sloppy kiss.   Needless to say, he was turned down flat!

This last photo says it all.  "Mommy, how could you allow this travesty to go on in my house?"

BIG NEWS:  Well, actually this is just a little teaser but keep your eye out at the end of the week for a Fabulous Giveaway Announcement.  

I am very excited about it and am just finalizing a few details.

    I love dog sagas! Dogs are so funny about their people, aren't they? Cute pics of both pups! I'm intrigued by the fab giveaway....

    Oh those doggy photos are so adorable. It would be awfully hard to resist that sweet face. It is so funny how jealous they become.

    Well, I guess Maddy and I better not come to visit your place. At least, not together. We can't have our little spoiled girls in a snit!

    Kim, this is such cute post. I guess JD crossed the border when he took the snowman and the jumping on your lap was the last starw. Great shots. They are both adorable. Another give away so soon. how do you find the time?

    I love her sweet little face. It is so hard when Mom gives attention so someone else. I hope you don't get snowed in to bad. I loved all of the pictures though they are so cute.

    How dare he! Coming in to MY house and playing with My toy and sitting on My Mom's lap!

    Ahhh, poor baby; it's hard to understand when there's an 'intruder' as I'm sure that's what Hurricane thought when we got Angel Kitty! But he has adjusted and isn't too awfully jealous...but then again, I'm not in his head :)

    Millie is so like my Maulie. My cousins dog is nice to her but she doesn't realize she is a dog. Maulie like Millie has her routine and she is more of a cuddle girl where Jax likes to play.Maybe it's the boy dog girl dog thing.Poor Millie Maulie totally understands.Cheri

    Well I guess she will stay an only doggie for awhile. I mean really some stray comes in and touches snowman who wouldn't be mad.

    Jealousy rears it's ugly head in the funniest ways, huh? My 1 yr old grandson is jealous when my dog sits on my lap...so funny! The pics of your dogs are really cute!!!
