The sun is shining and has melted away the layer of snow cover that was on the ground this morning. Spring is so close I can feel it! Very soon the boots can go away and out come the shoes. Or maybe I should say, an excuse to buy new shoes ;). I find the next month difficult wardrobe wise. It's still cold in the morning but by noon you're over-dressed and too warm.
I enjoyed my day off yesterday. I raced around all morning and got all the passport stuff complete and in the mail. Yay! I even had time to stop in to Flow Boutique for a coffee. Then it was Happy Hour with the gang and a quiet evening at home.
This is what is currently on my frame - Paisley Bunny
It seems like I don't have a lot of exciting events to blog about lately. Not that I'm encouraging any extra drama. Sometimes quiet and routine is a good thing.

Amen! Cute bunny mat!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad, no drama is very nice. I love your little bunny. I like the colors they look so spring like.
ReplyDeleteIt is pretty here today too. I am so lazy. I need to get off this computer today and get something done. I even have my rug out but have yet to cut wool. :)
I love "quiet and routine". I wish I had more of it :)
ReplyDeleteSweet little bunny.
We had a bit of snow overnight that has since melted, but it is cold, damp and dreary today. I'm quite tired of this weather.
Hugs :)

ReplyDeleteI'm glad that you are going to your Happy Hour with friends.
At this stage in my life, I welcome the quiet time too.
I'm with you with the not knowing what to wear this time of year. I hate the transition time.
Wishing you a Happy St Patrick Day.

ReplyDeleteI love the new rug. You can't go wrong with anything bunny in my eyes. I have a whole set and then some of Dedham Pottery. Every piece has a rabbits hand painted along the rim.

ReplyDeleteOooooh! Love this little paisley bunny! Spring's a hoppin' our way! :-)
ReplyDeleteGood evening Kim, I hope shoe season finds you soon, no such luck for us here in Southern Maine, ten inches of wet, heavy snow arriving Tuesday. Mr. Dog Trot put the plow back on the truck, I don't know why he bothered to take it off. Love your little paisley bunny, a perfect spring hooked mat. Hope your mom continues to improve, a big pat for little Millie. Greetings, Julie.
ReplyDeleteI have to agree, quiet and routine is sometimes the best, we can count on it at least.
ReplyDeleteI wanted to thank you for stopping by my "bunny" post and leaving such a nice comment, glad you like her.
Have a wonderful week.
I feel spring a comin, too!
Michele
