I think it might end up being a small pillow. So, if you have a farmhouse kitchen then stay tuned because I'm sure you "need" this pillow!
And as an homage to Alice, I've given this chicken purple feet. Shouldn't every chicken strut her stuff with purple feet??
I also got my latest copy of Rug Hooking Magazine tonight. Time to give the hook a rest, make a coffee and flip the pages for my next inspiration. I love the cover this month.
I hope you spent your Saturday doing what you love :)

ReplyDeleteAlice will be so proud of you :) It was a stretch for me, but I love my chicken's purple feet. I almost have it bound. YEAH!!! Four more rugs to go - UGH! Love the plaids and textures of your chicken.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend. They pass all too quickly.
Hugs :)

ReplyDeleteYour chicken looks like a dandy and is outstanding with purple feet. They look blue on my computer screen but Ill take your word for it. The plaid are great for his feathers.

Hmm we bought 2 leather chairs back in December for the room off my kitchen, another sittin' place don't you know. They are being delivered tomorrow(don't ask)and I'm thinking that Chicky's colors are just right and that Chicky would be happy here. How small a pillow Kim? Would it be about the size of the autumn leaves you hooked and sent me. Ima send you a picture of the chairs and see if you think they go. They are a different kind of color. And if Chicky isn't spoken for .....
ReplyDeleteHi Kim, love your chicky, wish you could come help me with my hooking, Francine.
