She has tweaked the original design a bit and she will be adding pieces of wool to the hooked piece, hanging off the little girls stick and on the clothesline
I'm anxious to see her finished work.
Now for mine. I'm still not happy with the lady and I may change her a little at the last minute. Nothing major, a little tweak here or there
I decided to hook-in my pieces on the clothesline (as opposed to Yvonne who is adding hers after).
Your piece is looking beautiful, great lettering. I like how you've hooked your sky. There's movement and I like the hooked cloths on the line as opposed to adding it after. You've hooked that fast and your hooking is so even.

ReplyDeleteYour rug is beautiful!!! Wonderful hooking!
ReplyDeleteBoth rugs are beautiful. I really like them both and it is nice to see how each one is the same but both different. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteLooking good! Can't wait to see the final finishes. :)
ReplyDeleteYou are doing a great job...and how fun to be doing it along with someone else! Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute design! I like the colors chosen.

Hi Kim,
ReplyDeleteThat is such a sweet rug! Where have I been?!! I need to find out more about this hook along... but suppose it is nearly over by now. Lovely hooking on both rugs! I love the deep dark color of the cauldron on yours and the way you used it throughout the rug. Wonderful!!
Hugs!!
